I was a little nervous about going to the dentist because i hadnt been in so long! They were very nice and sweet! They told me everything i needed to know about my situation. The doctor is had was freaking amazing!! No pain, no soreness! He made my tooth look brand new again! I will be glad to come back to the dentist anytime now!
Brand new facility with the latest in technology equipment. The office staff was very Professional and Polite.
I hate going to the dentist, but they make it so much better! They are so nice and helpful. Their facility is clean, up to date and beautiful. I would definitely recommend to anyone!
My experience was wonderful. My friend wound up being the dental hygienist that cleaned my teeth and she did such a great job. Excellent and professional in every way! Really liked the Dr as well. I have found what I was missing and won't dread coming for appointments any more! Thank you Lane & Associates!
Already had been going to another dentist office but I wasn't happy there. I have a friend who works for Lane & Associates so thought I would try them. Was very impressed with the way the young lady answered and greeted me on the phone and gave me an appt for the very next week.
I was visiting my family on Christmas vacation in the Rockingham area & I had started having such terrible pain from my teeth. I had an impacted wisdom tooth & 2 molars removed & they were able to see me that same day I called & did the extraction the next day. Dr Neitzey did an amazing job & I felt completely comfortable the whole time. I had some pain & had to go back a week later because the molar on the bottom was so tough to remove it wouldn't clot properly. After I left that day he had the office call me 2 days on a row to make sure I was feeling well & he spoke with me himself which is something I've never had any other dentist do for a patient. If I lived here I'd definitely have them as my family dentist!
